Privacy and local data

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Who operates the site

Forever & Always Toolbox is run by an individual as a free hobby project, not by a company. The individual controller can be contacted at admin@13146790.xyz.

What the site processes

The configured UK-hosted static server access log records your IP address, request time, method, URI path (without query strings), response status, response size, and browser user-agent. It does not log request bodies. A separate critical-level error log is used for rare infrastructure failures; an error entry may include technical request context. Access and error logs are rotated and deleted after up to 30 days.

If you email the operator, the email may contain personal information that you choose to provide. The site has no contact form, user account, or analytics service. No advertising provider is currently connected.

Third-party advertising

The operator intends to load advertisements from third-party advertising providers to earn revenue and help cover hosting and maintenance. No advertising provider is connected and no ad scripts or ad requests are active at the time of this notice. Before advertising is enabled, this notice will identify the provider(s) and any partners, the purposes and types of data involved, retention, and any international transfers. Depending on the service, an ad request may disclose your IP address, browser and device information, the page address or referrer, and information about ad delivery or interaction. The toolbox does not intentionally include tool inputs or selected file contents in ad requests. However, provider code may be able to observe information exposed in the page, depending on the integration; the actual provider and access scope will be checked and disclosed before ads are enabled. Providers may use cookies or similar technologies to select or deliver ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, measure performance, or personalise advertising. Any non-essential cookies or similar storage/access technologies used for advertising will be blocked until you give valid consent; refusing them will not disable the toolbox. Consent can be withdrawn through the advertising privacy controls once they are introduced. See the ICO guidance on online advertising.

Tools and files

Tool inputs and selected files are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded by the toolbox. Locally bundled JavaScript libraries do not send input to their publishers.

Local browser storage

If you turn on “Remember on this device”, this browser stores theme preferences, favorites, and recent tools in localStorage. It is used only to restore those choices. You can turn it off and clear the stored data at any time through “Local data settings”. If disabled, the site keeps choices only for the current page session.

Purposes and lawful basis

Limited server logs are used to deliver the site, diagnose faults, and protect the server. The operator relies on legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable site. Email is used to answer your enquiry and keep any necessary follow-up record.

Recipients and transfers

The UK hosting provider processes requests to serve the static website and operate the server. If you contact the operator, your email provider and the operator’s email provider handle the message. The site itself has no remote processing API, CDN, or analytics provider. Advertising providers are not yet selected; before ads are enabled, their identities and relevant data handling will be added here.

Retention

Access and critical error logs are retained for up to 30 days, then rotated and deleted. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, unless longer retention is required by law. Local browser data remains until you clear it or disable remembering.

Your rights and complaints

Where applicable, you may ask about your personal data and request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or object to processing by contacting the operator. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
